Vimicro Corporation (Nasdaq:
VIMC), a leading and the first fabless semiconductor
company publicly listed on NASDAQ from China,
is invited by the Fabless Semiconductor Association
(FSA) to participate in the closing bell ceremony
at the NASDAQ MarketSite on Thursday, July 27,
2006. Vimicro is invited as the representative
of the developing Chinese fabless semiconductor
industry.
Founded in 1994, FSA is the voice of the global
fabless business model in the semiconductor
industry. Many of the FSA members such as Broadcom,
Marvell, and nVIDIA are listed on NASDAQ. "FSA
is invited to participate in the closing bell

The NASDAQ Stock Market rings the closing bell
at 4 p.m. and the ceremony will be available
