Director/Manager of IC engineering ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Extensive and hands on experience in SOC chip design/verification management.
- Good background of image & audio processing and compression algorithms
- Good hardware architecture and software knowledge of digital imaging systems including PC camera and digital DSC camera, and cell phone camera. Familiarity with USB bus protocols helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively delegate and lead a team.
- Ability to multi-task and handle change.
- Willing to work in our China R&D center, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
Multimedia SOC Chip Architect ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Extensive and hands on experience on SOC chip design
- Good background in image & audio processing and compression algorithms including JPEG, MPEG, H.263, and H.264, MIDI, MP3, AAC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good hardware architecture and software knowledge of digital image systems including PC camera and digital DSC camera, and cell phone camera. Familiarity with USB bus protocols helpful.
- Extensive experience on SOC hardware/software co-design
- Knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various function units, marketing, sales, IC design, firmware, and software application etc.
- Willing to work in our China R&D center, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- MSEE or Ph.D, with at least 6 years of design experience.
Principal VLSI Designer ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Minimum 7 years experience in SOC design/verification of complex multimedia SOCs.
- Good knowledge in the following: image and video processing and codec (JPEG, MPEG), audio processing and codec (MIDI, MP3, AAC), various I/O interfaces such as LVDS, USB.
- Familiarity with all stages in the SOC design flow including emulation, prototyping, DFT, timing analysis, floor planning, ECO, silicon bring up, and ATE test development.
- Programming skills in HDL, C and PERL. Passionate in solving difficult technical problems.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.
- Willing to work in our China R&D center, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
Director of Multimedia Algorithms ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Expert knowledge in several of the following fields: video compression and decompression (e.g. JPEG, MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, WMV), audio codec (MP3, AAC, WMA, 3D audio), graphics (2D and 3D), image processing and encryption.
- Willing to work in our China R&D center, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- MSEE (PhD preferred) with 6+ years of direct experience.
Director/Manager of Embedded Software Engineering ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Solid knowledge of real-time OS and embedded CPU platforms (e.g. ARM)
- Knowledge of video, audio, graphics and music synthesis standards highly desirable.
- Knowledge in mobile middleware a plus.
- Expert knowledge in C/C++
- Experience with In-Circuit Emulators, debuggers and other software development tools.
- Solid skills in managing software design cycles and QA procedures
- Willing to work in our China R&D center, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- BSEE/CS or equivalent (MS preferred)
Technical Writer ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Excellent technical writing skills
- Experience with word processing, document template and page layout design
- Knowledge of semiconductor IC and multimedia and mobile technologies a strong plus
- BA or above in technical communication or a related field.
Project Management ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Minimum 5 years of IC field project management experience;
- Solid knowledge of IC design Process;
- Strong communication and coordinating skil
- Good command of English and Mandarin a must
Technical Marketing ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplne, Master degree holder preferable;
- At least 3 years of working experience in IC industry
- Creative and analytical minded, strong knowledge of research and data analysis
- Incisive insight on IC product market
Director of Embedded Systems Engineering ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Good knowledge in system and board level hardware design for multimedia SOC for mobile devices
- Good knowledge of ARM based SOC.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Willing to work in China R&D center. Fluency in mandarin Chinese preferred.
- BSEE or higher. 5+ years of relevant work experience
Principal Mixed-Signal Designer ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - Proven track record in designing analog circuits with superior performance
- Solid understanding of analog issues unique to SOC integration (e.g. substrate noise, coupling)
- Willing to work in China R&D center. Fluency in mandarin Chinese preferred.
- BSEE or higher. 7+ years of relevant work experience
Director of Sales ( Working Place: Beijing )
  - At least 5-8 years of relevant work experiences with a proven track record in revenue generation
- Strong ability to open the door and close the deal.
- Charismatic with excellent communications and people skills, can work together well with engineers and marketing people.
- A solid working knowledge of the following technologies: semiconductor chip (multimedia IC and mobile) industry, PC imaging
- BSEE, or equivalent.
Legal Affairs Coordinator ( Working Place: Silicon Valley )
  Manage outside counsel; review corporate documents; assist in foreign share issuance; maintain foreign investment documents; oversee IP
- BA Legal Studies or related field
- At least 5-8 years of relevant work experiences
- Good command of English and Mandarin a must
