VM7000 SERIES
Device Description
VM7021

VM7021 series are high precision protection ICs for over-charge and over-discharge of rechargeable one-cell Li-ion or Li-polymer battery. It integrates the high precision protection capability for over-charge and over-discharge, Excess-current charge and Excess-current discharge.

VM7205

VM7205 series advanced Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) and Lithium-Polymer (Li-Pol) Linear Charger ICs are designed for cost-sensitive and compact portable electronics. They combine high-accuracy current and voltage regulation, battery condition monitoring, temperature monitoring, charge termination, charge-status indication, and internal impedance compensation in a single 8-pin IC. It is the best suitable device to be used in the PDA, mobile phones, and other portable devices.

VM7680

The VM7680 is a high performance low-dropout linear regulator designed for battery-powered portable devices. They are designed to deliver maximum output current at very low dropout voltage and using a small output ceramic capacitor. The VM7680 features a Power-OK output that can be used as power status indicator or a reset control. The VM7680 performance is optimized for battery powered systems due to its extremely low noise, low dropout voltage and very small quiescent current. The regulator's ground current is nearly constant with increasing loading current, which further prolongs the battery life.

VM7910

The VM7910/VM7920 series are high efficiency step up DC-DC converters. The device can convert the battery voltage to another needed level with few external components, they can be widely used in PDA, cell phone, handheld devices, etc.. The device has minimum startup voltage at 0.9V, making it ideal for single-cell to three cell battery applications. Also there is an on-chip rectifier PMOS which eliminates the need for an external rectifier diode.

ZA3020

The ZA3020 is a monolithic step down switch mode converter with a built in internal Power MOSFET. It achieves 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation.

ZA3020LV The ZA3020LV is a Step-Down, PWM, switch mode converter with a built in internal Power MOSFET. It achieves 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation.
ZA3030

The ZA3030 is a step-down regulator with a built in internal Power MOSFET. It achieves 3A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation.
